CommSkillsExpert: Eden is an English Language & Communication Skills lecturer in a local university. She has taught English Academic Writing & Speech and Communication Skills for 21 years. Additionally, she has coached students in DSA interviews & international school admission interviews. She is also an expert in preparing pre-university students for their university application (interviews & personal statements). Eden has a master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Delaware, USA, where she majored in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) & English Language Testing. She also studied English Language Syllabus Design, English Grammar (Syntax) & English Phonology (Pronunciation). Eden was formerly from Hwa Chong Junior College & Raffles Girls School. Even though her vocation entails teaching undergraduates, she is versatile and able to break down complicated concepts into simpler parts for younger students. As an English Language expert, she is effective in coaching students in language learning and exams taking strategies.
